a gentle sunday morning yoga practice to arrive in the new week with presence and care.
soft & sl o  w is a slow, breath-led practice combining mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation and subtle energy awareness. the class unfolds at an unhurried pace, allowing space to feel, listen and respond from within.
this practice is an invitation to come as you are, without striving, fixing, or performing. we move gently with the body, follow the intelligence of the breath and allow moments of stillness for integration. 
rather than pushing or achieving, the focus is on attunement, nervous system regulation and reconnecting with your own rhythm.
classes are held live online, so you can join from your own sanctuary, wherever you are.
february theme: love me tender
throughout february, the soft & sl o w practice will be guided by the theme of love and tenderness. we’ll place extra emphasis on cultivating self-compassion, emotional awareness and gentle relationship with our inner world. practices will support softening release, and meeting vulnerability with care.
