my practice lives at the intersection of yoga and ayurveda, as spaces for presence, self-inquiry and reconnection. in a world that often asks us to move faster, harder and further away from ourselves, these practices have offered me a way to slow down and listen.
for me, yoga became more than practice. it became a way of gently unlearning inherited patterns and returning to a more honest relationship with my body, emotions and inner life.
as a certified yoga teacher (RYT500), my teaching is informed by hindu and buddhist traditions, ayurveda and contemporary science-based approaches to movement and nervous system regulation. i hold space for practices that are accessible, grounded, and rooted in awareness rather than performance.
this is an invitation of become intimate with your breath, body, thoughts and emotions again.
