my work lives at the intersection of yoga and art, as spaces for presence, self-inquiry, and reconnection. in a world that often asks us to move faster, harder, and further away from ourselves, these practices have offered me a way to slow down and listen.
for me, yoga and art became more than practices. they became ways of gently unlearning inherited patterns and returning to a more honest relationship with my body, emotions, and inner life.
as a certified yoga teacher (RYT500), my teaching is informed by hindu and buddhist traditions, ayurveda, and contemporary science-based approaches to movement and regulation. i hold space for practices that are accessible, grounded, and rooted in awareness rather than performance.
you’re welcome to explore this path with me.
