Data collection

Made of Oceans collects personal data of the students that are taking yoga classes at Made of Oceans (the “Students”), in order to keep a file of its members and for the exercising of payment orders. Made of Oceans shall be careful while collecting these data and will always comply with the applicable Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).

Made of Oceans will also use the personal data as mentioned above to keep the Students informed about Made of Oceans’s activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the class schedule. If the Student does not want to receive any communication from Made of Oceans, he can opt-out by sending an e-mail to: info@madeofoceans.com The Student is informed that in such a case he may not be able to make use of all Made of Oceans’s services and products.

Without prior written consent, Made of Oceans will never transfer any personal data of the Students to a third party.

Changes or removal of data

At the Student’s request, Made of Oceans will correct, add, remove or cover the collected data of the Student. This may result in the Student no longer being able to use (part of) the services or products of Made of Oceans. At any time, the Student can request Made of Oceans to give him/her information about which of his personal data are being processed. A request can be emailed to info@madeofoceans.com.

In the case Made of Oceans wishes to use information of a Student for an objective not mentioned in this Privacy Policy, Made of Oceans will make a prior announcement, allowing the Student to object hereto.

Made of Oceans reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Please check this Privacy Policy regularly for an update of our privacy policy.
